I found some of the best custom halo action figures I've ever seen. On the old blog (Rest In Peace) I had an article up about a custom Halo Transformers vehicle that was Master Chief, but it also transformed into an ATV Tank. It was wicked, but these customs by Randy Chisholm of Cannibalized Action Figures has just 1-uped that one.

This is a first time I've caught glimpse of Chris's work, but I hope it won't be the last. Every part of the figure, from sculpting to painting, has been made to the most exact detail. Here are the two models currently up at auction: The Fallen Hero and the Scorpion.

First, the fallen hero. Here is the description from the site:

"This auction is for a custom made 5” scale McFarlane Halo 3 series 2 custom Master Chief. He has 19 points of articulation to allow for any number of action-poses. This figure has been completely repainted with high quality Model Master paints and fully customized!

This is the first character in my new series of fallen heroes. This poor Spartan Soldier was involved in a pretty serious skirmish with some of the deadliest Covenant soldiers to date. Even though he took a plasma grenade to the leg he was still able to single handedly limp away with another victory under his belt."

This is another fallen hero that has been rebuilt with the prototype Scorpion Frame, its very deadly in close combat fighting. Its stinger is a ramming device that will pierce through most living creatures armor!"

Looks like these custom, hand made figures are going for $50 (Wounded Soldier), and $300+(Scorpion), but is well worth it for any video game memorabilia collector with good taste. So check them out, and check out Cannibalized Action Figures other customs in their store.
